Heya!

I'm Nicola (aka Quartz) and I'm a noooooooobie!
I was googling for some other random beading stuff when i stumbled across you lot here.

Can't wait to get stuck in to all the banter and sharing techniques abd showing my creations and seeing yours too.

I'm English born and bred, but now I live in Germany - and it's an ace place to live. At the moment, I've only found a few places who sell supplies so over the past year or two, my hobby as been on the backburner since having to master a new language, but i've got a really good supplier back in the UK who deliver to Deutschland, so i'm back in the swing of it all.

Also since sharing my hobby with work colleagues and friends, I've been offered a place to sell my creations in a local art gallery - and from there i'll be getting to the craft markets too... I've dreamt about this day since I was 11 - always dreamt that i could sell them to a good market.
I'm a novice lampworker, and of course i'm looking to share advice, inspriation and chit-chat with you all.
